Daily Duties at Utc Aerospace Systems:

• Responsible for Project management; financial administration and task execution including oversight of multiple projects and facility management vendor coordination. • Budget creation, management, initiating and writing Executive Cost Summary Analysis, for Capital purchases. • Planned, implemented new manufacturing processes and procedures. • Scheduling and coordination of personnel. • Managed Capital Projects, installing several HVAC units (5 to 25 tons), various Conveyor Assembly Lines, three Reticulating Robots ($1.2M), one Vapor Degreasing Machine ($1.5M), etc. • Management of maintenance projects/daily tasks. • Review and process invoicing and proposals for work. • Developed and facilitated electronic Appropriation Requests (AR) for capital equipment, HVAC systems, machines, tooling, Autoclave software upgrades, and overall Facility improvements. • Worked directly with outside vendors and ensured projects were properly documented and remained within budget • Designed, supervised, coordinated construction and renovation projects throughout the site. • Currently working directly with Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Boeing 787, Airbus A320 neo, A350 value stream support, improving process flow, and production cost reduction.
