Daily Duties at Saudi International Petrochemical Co.:

• Initiated and implemented a Shared Services Organization for Sipchem Holding Company and its thirteen (13) Affiliate Companies • Oversee all financial aspects of a $4 billion holding company which include eleven operating petrochemical manufacturing affiliates and three plants under construction, , international (IFRS), and GAAP accounting standards are met. This includes monthly accounting closings and financial reporting. • Provide research, business planning, and management for affiliate expansion including policy and procedure development and implementation, financial statements, and credit/collections functions. • Prepare financial statements and analyses for all affiliates, prepare Board of Directors presentations, issue reports to management and shareholders, and make recommendations to senior management
