Daily Duties at Bb & T Mortgage:
The sole Analyst for HUD mortgage pre-claim default loans and mortgage credit analysis. • Reviewed over 600 HUD default loans annually for issues with initial decision errors/repurchase by BB & T from FHA. • Reviewed conventional loans/FHA loans for credit risk issues prior to loans closing. These reviews covered all areas of mortgage file-from property to credit to income and assets. Feedback provided to UW and follow up of the problems with UW management.
