 Provided business process re-engineering and implementation services that support the City of Philadelphia’s Scrap Yard Program hotline initiative.  In collaboration with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PaDEP), this initiative entailed configuring and implementing an IT solution for the City that’s compliant with the Environmental Scrap Yard Enforcement Program.  Provided the methodology, developed the standard operating procedures, configured the IT solution, as well as, provided the implementation and training needed for the project.  All work was completed in less than thirty (30) days. 
