Daily Duties at City Of Philadelphia Gas Works (Pgw):
- Program manager for training for Gas Processing Department Personnel – Provide personnel training upon hire and given re‐fresher training annually for PGW safety protocols. As well as, provide training throughout the year to comply with CFR 192 and 193. -Developed and finalized PGW’s Business Process and System Configuration Documentation. -Established Key Metrics to track workforce productivity. -Conducted user acceptance testing and quality assurance tasks. -Developed training curriculum and prepared training documents to enforce operational objectives. -Conducted end-user training for management, engineers, plant protection and safety personnel.
