Daily Duties at City Of Philadelphia Office Of Technology:
-Manage the development of a collaboration site that the City of Philadelphia's Public Safety Radio Administrator can use to manage 6,500 portable safety radios assigned to Philadelphia's first responders in 32 city agencies. -Develop a web collaboration solution that allowed 32 City agencies to proactively track and manage their safety communication equipment. - Provide formal progress report on solution development status to stakeholders - Gather Office of Technology's objectives for the web collaboration solution and direct development team in successfully implementing acceptable solution. - Mitigate any issues/ risk that would interfere with the project timeline. -Develop reports from data gathered from communication control station so that the City of Philadelphia's Public Safety Agencies complied with guidelines developed by the National Public Safety Planning Advisory Committee (NPSPAC) - Provided training, post-production support, and performance reports for the custom solution.
