- Provide overall program management of the State of Pennsylvania's Radio Swap Project. - Developed the custom exchange solution used to facilitate the logistics of the swap effort which is part of the FCC Re-banding effort. -Provided architectural services completing the preliminary AutoCAD renderings for 50 high-profile cellular towers located throughout Pennsylvania that resulted in recommendations for site improvements. - Responsible for the collection of old radio equipment from 61 state agencies. - Responsible for the distribution of new radio equipment to 61 state agencies. - Responsible for the training of 61 state agencies on the use of their new radio equipment.
