Daily Duties at Purchasing Solutions Intnl:
Daily monitoring and entering data into excel spreadsheet, which provides the client with up to date information on progress of each project; at the end of each project a closing book is generated, which depicts the complete history of the clients project. Generate purchase orders utilizing the Exxpedite purchasing system generate RFQ and RFP for capital needed, which include OFCI, FFE and OSE. Responsible for FedEx shipping, receiving, contact negotiation and account reconciliations. Hotel projects: Innside New York, Cosmopolitan Las Vegas and assist co-workers on smaller projects.
