Responsibilities included overseeing the interviewing, coaching, and evaluating process of all Associates and Managers. Ensured good customer service by maintaining schedules and staffing. Other responsibilities were conducting sexual/harassment investigations. Provided adequate resources, training, and mentorship for all Managers and Associates. Collaborated with community organizations to assist the current needs of the community. Helped adopt schools and assisted in charity events. Analyzed demographics and made merchandising decisions, based on the data.
