Identified and championed best practices in program management, stakeholder management, needs assessment, Waterfall and Agile consultation, solutions development, problem-solving, and risk and issue management. Enabled decision-making, collaboration, and problem-solving with all-level colleagues to accomplish shared program objectives. Worked closely with Finance, Treasury, Investment, Public and Specialized Finance, Risk Management, and Loss Reserving.
