Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard:
Worked closely with my vendor AT&T to ensure that our billable inventory matched our physical inventory. Audited our monthly invoices to ensure any new services were applied the contracted rates and issue tickets with vendor to provide pro-rated credits and correct pricing. Variance analysis of spend to report back to Bank of America Governance team. Journal Entry creation to be provided to our Finance team for posting. Based on review of our services in comparison to our physical inventory and site locations, I was able to place simple disconnect orders with the vendors to recoup cost savings.
