Recruited by the Managing Director (UK) for this “Greenfield” factory. Full Profit and Loss responsibility for two factories based in KunShan, JiangSu, China. Oversaw Sales, Marketing, Production, Quality, Engineering, HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, and office administration. Supervised 10 direct reports, with over 200 employees in total. Reported to the Executive Vice President based in the UK. Revenue from the site was reported under the $1.750B Multi Packaging Solutions Group, a privately held company based in the US. Extensive travel throughout China and the Asia Pacific region. Chairman MPS Asia Pacific (Hong Kong). Chairman, MPS (KunShan) and Chairman, Chesapeake Plastics Packaging (KunShan).
