Daily Duties at P.R. Pediatric Neurosurgery:

Instrumental lead in start-up Pediatric Neurosurgery Practice. Responsible for implementation of patient demographic and scheduling program, operations, medical billing program, medical records, A/R, A/P, and Human Resources. Oversaw day-to-day operations of practice while actively engaged in growing practice. A team member in reimbursement contract negotiations with numerous insurance companies.
