Integrated account management, operations, customer support, and project management by working alongside Senior Investment Advisors to support high-net worth accounts exceeding $5M. Opened any new Investment Management or Trust accounts, as well as personally resolving banking issues, researching investment opportunities, and ensuring account compliance. o Ensured 100% compliance to all internal policies, procedures, and best practices, as well as strict Federal regulations, guidelines, and statues. Leveraged strong relationship building, relationship development, and account management expertise when engaging with high-net worth clients and prospects
