Daily Duties at Pmi Project Management Institute:
Oversees all onboarding of new PMI members in a volunteer capacity. Spearheaded the development and implementation of a multi-member team to facilitate the onboarding process. Played an important role in the continued success of the organization, made up entirely of volunteer members, by recruiting and onboarding new volunteers. o Boosted enrollment and retention of new PMI volunteers through the implementation of an oversight team, as well as integrating new templates for positions, training and mentoring for new positions, and utilizing SharePoint to organize volunteer data and updates. o Improved onboarding quality and efficiency, and maintained complete oversight of the onboarding team activities.
