Managed all operations aspects in regards to services provided to all Private Contracts, which included over 100 drivers reporting to my office, customer service concerns from our customer, routing all private school routes, worked with Shop, Dispatch, Charter, Payroll, Billing and Safety and training in an effort to ensure all drivers and buses were ready to roll each and every day/
