Daily Duties at C.A. Short Company:
Personal responsibility includes new product rollouts, key account and customer relationship management, contract negotiations and order fulfillment. Additional responsibilities include coordination and maintaining of marketing campaigns, advertising schedules, tradeshows and sales budgets. Identified and developed niche markets by building superior account relationships and developed two new sales territories that yielded $1.2M within first 18 months. Created and enforced policies and procedures to ensure my teams achieve the customer service levels set by the organization, resulting in an annual increase of customer satisfaction by >10% per year. Developed presentations and closing strategies for sales and business development to meet targets and KPI line. Oversee lead distribution; adjust sales plans and programs accordingly to meet needs for territory lead growth. Developed behavior-based, pro-active Employee incentive programs through best practices, training and online learning, interactive webinars, advanced employee recognition Software as a Service (SaaS), site visits, recurring consultations, communications programs, and thought leadership to customers. Member of CA Short’s Thought Leaders Team blog for outbound marketing. Represent company interacting with potential clients at 15 trade shows per year resulting in 20% new business growth per year.
