Daily Duties at American Bureau Of Shipping :
Contracted by the United States government to conduct inspections of maritime vessels for compliance with regulations and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities included conducting performance verification audits in manufacturing facilities to evaluate the manufacturing process, safety compliance, and quality assurance. On behalf of such industry leaders as Caterpillar, EMD, Bosch Rexroth, and Arcelor Mittal performed certifications of mechanical, electrical, and structural components. Supported client manufacturing operations through performing material testing surveys to identify points of failure and through analysis deliver recommendations for remediation. Utilized expertise to consult with clients on improving compliance with regulations as well as advising on technical issues.
