Find Talent with the assistance of one additional recruiter and one coordinator. Wrote and placed all job postings on national job boards, and on industry-specific job boards. Always driven to exceed quotas on new-hires on a monthly basis. Responsible for developing up-to-date onboarding materials and kits that were given to new hires in each of the three states we were located.
