Full Profit and Loss responsibility for multi-site operations based in Shanghai and Hangzhou, China. Oversee Sales, Marketing, Production, Quality, Engineering, HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, and office administration. Supervise 19 direct reports, with over 500 employees in total. Member of the company’s SLT (Senior Leadership Team), reporting directly to the Company President and CEO. $22,000,000 (FY16) revenue is reported under the $190,000,000 Protective Industries, Co, Ltd. - a privately held company with Headquarters based in Buffalo, NY, USA. Extensive travel across China and Asia.
