Daily Duties at Riverside County Department Of Public Social Services:
Supervisor of ECMU, Eastern County Medi-Cal Unit. Supervised 11 Eligibility Tech 2's that were imbedded in hospitals and clinics throughout the eastern half of the county. The territory comprised an area on the I-10 corridor starting with Calimesa and all the way to the Arizona boarder. Was responsible for managing the staff for compliance with MOU (Memorandum of Understanding). The one, common thread of all MOU's was to maintain a 95% Medicaid approval rating while adhering to every rule and regulation of County, State and Federal regulations
