▪ Provided Technical support to internal and external customers to solve their design challenges by collecting data utilizing lab equipment such as Signal Source Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Frequency Counters and Signal Generators, thus providing rapid solutions to the customer’s issues and concerns. ▪ Trained Field Applications Engineers, Marketing and Sales team by making PowerPoint presentations, setting up demos and preparing lab reports. ▪ Wrote user guides and application notes to help customers become familiar with our products and learn how to operate our boards/devices (ICs). Reviewed schematics and datasheets as requested by customers. ▪ Verified, tested, debugged and shipped evaluation boards to customers to promote our products and secure design wins. ▪ Helped review and modify PCB designs to improve performance, reduce cost and minimize size. ▪ Supported new product development and updated senior management of potential issues. ▪ Generated Bills of Materials (BOMs) from schematics to build evaluation boards and coordinated their construction with the manager of the assembly company. ▪ Troubleshot and modified evaluation boards using Multimeters, Capacitance Meters and Soldering irons to solder and unsolder SMT and PTH components. ▪ Validated and qualified ICs, and recommended software settings to customers to optimize the performance of our devices and meet their specifications.
