Daily Duties at Castle Program :
Collaborated with 10 licensed counselors and social workers to provide behavioral health expertise through consultation and training for children with ODD, ADHD, bipolar, depression, social anxiety and adjustment disorders. Maintained highly confidential file system to ensure successful quarterly audits by state of New Jersey. Oversaw daily group activities with 4-6 clients utilizing journals, role plays, art therapy, organized play and self-assessments to support emotional growth
