Daily Duties at It Takes A Family :
Partner with team that implemented mental health software to simplify intake and documentation process for grassroots partnership between clients and mental health professionals. Apply person-centered, therapeutic approach to providing individual and family counseling for adults with limited abilities and physical or mental disabilities. Serve as coordinating group leader to provide job shadowing and training opportunities to new hires and interns in clinical roles.
