Consultant contractor to AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals DMPK/ADME Department. Brought in due to scientific, lab automation and info systems background to address needs not able to be met by corporate IS personnel. Analyzed and delivered systems and services allowing department to support their service level agreements. Was converted to a full time employee (under department headcount) after a year. Performed business analysis, created data analysis & reporting tools ("Smart"/self-designing toolsets using Excel VBA & SQL), integrated /built process workflows, and trained AstraZeneca employees to achieve and maintain quality and productivity targets.
