Directed all phases of the project lifecycle for 15 multi-million dollar (ranging from $4M to $10 M) construction and repair projects. Managed administrative responsibilities including project bids, contract negotiation, financial reporting, processing documentation, scheduling, and resource allocation. Primary company liaison driving collaboration between onsite crews, vendors, contractors, and regulatory representatives. Leveraged subject matter expertise to provide immediate onsite consultation in such areas as evaluation and management of automation systems commissioning, technical failure analysis and resolution of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and strategic issues. Strictly enforced health, safety, and environmental practices in adherence to OSHA regulations and company protocols. Developed and implemented safety programs to minimize workplace incidents.
