Responsible for all aspects of managing 15 properties across 4 states totaling 1Mil+ SF including class A/B Office, Medical Office, Retail (anchored and non-anchored), Warehouse, and Industrial. Managed staff of building Engineers and administrative assistants. Negotiated contracts with all vendors, enforced lease terms and managed all construction projects including capital improvements and tenant build outs. Also, performed due diligence for new property acquisitions, lender financing and property sales. Prepared financial reports for owners and tenant CAM using Yardi.
