Daily Duties at Grote Industries:
• Supervise the receiving, shipping and picking operation of midsize automotive level 1 manufacture and after market distributor of LED lighting systems • Responsible for the training, safety and discipline in a union environment • Investigated and resolved customer concerns on quantity, quality and delivery time • Reestablish warehouse structure to lean standards through cross training and scheduling • Conduct daily presentation to priors and supervisors on current status, daily production and projected production based on customer demands. • Write and train on standardized work instructions according to the individual process. • Manage 450,000 sq. ft. warehouse with over 25,000 line items.
