Daily Duties at Business Insurance Services, Inc.:
Managing Business Continuity, Process Redesign & Implementation. Responsible for all systems (servers, network, phone) and software (agency management system, servers, and desktops). Network failed as I arrived, so addressing this was my top priority, followed by getting licensed as an agent, learning the industry and business, and implementing systems to accurately manage the agency, including electronic document capture and storage systems. Designed a business intelligence system to find comparables, predict premium ranges, and data mine carrier preferences.
