Daily Duties at Oregon Army National Guard:
Principal advisor to the Commander and responsible for the direction, planning, synchronization, and integration of the primary staff consisting of operations, training, personnel, logistics, communications, strategic planning and intelligence offices with subordinate staff of approximately 1000 employees. In addition, coordinate with five additional primary staff of other organization. Interact with senior leaders and civilian agencies of the military department, emergency management office and non-governmental agencies.Ensure management controls, resource and fiscal requirements are adhered to for the agency.
