Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard Inc.:
Management of an R&D environment in disciplines such as writing systems, failure analysis, pen characterization and ink/media testing and wet labs. Providing support for testing on new products and processes, enabling revenue growth in the Inkjet business space. Oversaw up to 11 supervisors and 230+ support staff and responsibility for Wages/PTB/Expense budgets of approx. $7.2M annually, routinely meeting headcount and budget control expectations.
