Led 40-employee service team in demanding factory service center environment that specialized in warranty and legal repairs on recreational vehicle systems. Increased number of motor homes and trailers serviced per month through process improvements and specialized RVIA training.  Slashed warranty costs, increased profits from customers and insurance companies, and boosted customer service by performing repairs at factory.
