Ensured service quality and customer satisfaction in addition to service documentation, facility maintenance, employee relations, hazardous waste, technical support, and quality control tasks. Led production/service/maintenance for Caterpillar heavy equipment drive line component rebuilding.  Cut downtime by overseeing the troubleshooting and repair of facility equipment, including testing and repairing single and three-phase electrical components for overhead cranes, parts washers, shot peen machines, air ventilation equipment, overhead lighting, and air compressors.
