Daily Duties at Whirlpool Corporation:

Served as liaison between Whirlpool Corporation and Sears Holdings on all product quality and safety concerns for Kenmore branded dishwashers, cooking and compactor products. Developed and presented Sears Technical Assistance Center (STAC) training which addressed new product introductions and changes. Resolved all STAC service and quality concerns. Protected confidential material for Whirlpool, while keeping and maintaining an open relationship with Sears Holdings; balanced the best interest and concerns for both Sears and Whirlpool. Acted in the best interest of Sears and Whirlpool by deciding to stop or continue major and minor projects based on quality, performance and service related concerns. Developed technical training literature and videos that were used nationally by A&E factory service company and Sears’s field service technicians. Ensured service parts for Sears Kenmore dishwasher were available prior to new product launches and that inventory was maintained on prior built models to avoid customer dissatisfaction.
