Daily Duties at Haier America:

Managed all aspects of service and product development for both the dishwasher and cooking categories. Responsible for product development of new dishwasher and cooking platforms. Interacted and communicated with Haier China and Corporate management on testing methods, procedures and quality aspects for the dishwasher and cooking programs. Identified and resolved quality and service issues for both dishwasher and cooking platforms. Developed technical training literature and service communications which were utilized by A&E all independent service providers. Responsible for maintaining all areas of service: ranging from parts inventory, identification of serviceable parts, parts list and literature, and customer interaction. Exclusive service account management for Menards for all white goods manufactured by Haier. Accountable for product service reviews. Goal was to identify and improve product literature and any service concerns.
