Daily Duties at Electrolux:

Liaison between Electrolux and Sears Holdings on all product quality and safety concerns for all Kenmore branded products. Resolve all STAC service and quality concerns for Kenmore and branded products. Protect confidential material for Electrolux, while keeping and maintaining an open relationship with Sears Holdings. Forecast and track current SIR and ROR performance for all Kenmore Branded products. Provide input and guidance for solutions and test methodology relating to quality related issues. Maintain quality for Kenmore packaging and product damage and report all quality issues and concerns. Responsible for BPCR approval process of all Kenmore dishwasher product changes. Ensure service parts and literature for Sears Kenmore dishwasher are available prior to new product launches and that inventory is maintained on prior built models.
