Awarded best proposal and negotiated an agreement  Wrote and achieved agreement sign-off with the neighbor to the North to co-share expenses  Wrote contract and negotiated acceptance from the neighbor to the East to grant a half road extension on his property  Engaged with the City’s planning and engineering departments to review concept and identify time line and best next steps.
