Daily Duties at Maryland Department Of Juvenile Services:

• Supervise 15 professional auditors and monitors • Develop and review policies and procedures for the Quality Assurance audits • Oversee the performance of approximately 78 Licensing & Monitoring compliance audits • Oversee the completion of 42 corrective actions plans for both in and out-of-state committed and residential treatment programs • Oversee the provision of compliance audits, training and technical assistance for each of the 32 DJS Field Offices • Analyze contractual obligations and audit measures to ensure compliance • Provide staffing and recommendations to the DJS Audit Review Board
