Daily Duties at Webmedx:
Provided administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer by managing and prioritizing calendars, coordinating appointments, meetings and itineraries. Supported the Chief Financial Officer and HR Director in preparation for conferences and meetings, including all travel arrangements. Prepared all internal analytical reports and due diligence documents for the Board of Directors. Researched new prospects and developed reports to include key players, bios, and financial background.
