Daily Duties at Alvarez & Marsal:
Provided high-level executive assistant support to the Managing Directors, Senior Directors, and Associates in the Restructuring Department. Collaborated with Marketing Coordinator to develop in-depth client research, database entry, editing PowerPoint presentations and event planning. Compiled and prepare weekly and monthly expense reports and weekly timesheet information for Managing Directors into company-wide tracking program. Utilized and enhanced Excel spreadsheets to input weekly and monthly billable hours and expenses to invoice clients for services rendered.
