Daily Duties at Zep, Inc.:
Managed and maintained Executive Vice President/CFO’s calendar, including assisting with securing appointments, scheduling all meetings, coordinating all meeting logistics, hosting teleconferences and coordinating travel. Arranged all travel aspects and prepared detailed itineraries and agendas, Prepared professional investor packets and travel portfolios for Investor Relations “Roadshow” trips. Audited all incoming expense reports for accuracy prior to CFO’s review and sign-off. Conserved CFO’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence appropriately; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications; answering inquiries and requests directed to the CFO. Developed SharePoint sites to easily retrieve and record meetings/discussions and file historical information during the due-diligence process for acquiring new companies. Maintained information and ran reports from various Investor Relations sites, including SharePoint and Thomson.
