Daily Duties at Scottmadden Inc.:

Serves in a critical support role for a management consulting firm, assisting 40+ Partners, Directors, and Managers with day-to-day operations and communications throughout Atlanta, GA, Raleigh, NC, and Boston, MA. Functions:  Oversees efficiency-enhancing workflows and increasing responsibilities of administrative functions including high-call volumes through Mitel Systems and management of weekly staff reports including utilization, billable hours, and travel agendas.  Manages expenditures and standardizing ordering procedures for stock refurbishment and supplies. Includes vendor communications, negotiations, and contracts approval to ensure low overhead and cost-savings applications of ordering procedures. Responsible for the research and preparation of all recruiting conferences including travel accommodations for C-Level and internal staff, calendar management, event and logistic coordination, and venue reservations. Recognized for outstanding marketing and presentation talents. Offers hands-on support in the development of marketing content, creation of complex PowerPoint presentations, and purchasing of marketing materials
