Facility mgmt.: contract bids for 3rd party vendors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, furniture vendor, janitorial, project management for build outs or remodels of company facilities or leased site locations...contractor bid process, selection of carpet/paint, furniture, blinds, etc.
