Daily Duties at Knight Packaaging Group:

Direct report to company president. Restructured and improved departmental procedures in customer service, estimating, structural folding carton CAD design, Prepress and CTP Plate departments. Grew key house accounts. Introduced order entry procedures and work instructions eliminating order entry and processing errors. Updated the operational cost structures for all machine centers to today’s dollars. Instituted a strategic planning management team to monitor operations and enhance future growth. Direct supervision of 7 employees.
