Managed a team of 12 hospital representatives selling solutions in the hospital setting. Executed strategy to sell solutions utilizing competitive intelligence and Healthcare data from hospitals to provide our solutions as unmet clinical need. Coached, hired and provided feedback to team members to enhance selling skills to achieve sales goals. Promoted team members to share experience to enhance teams learning. Lead team meetings and inspired team to do their best.
