Accounting & Financial Services: (a) Perform bookkeeping and financial review; (b) Prepare financial report and group report and consolidation accounts, in accordance to local and group reporting standard; (c) Perform local GAAP and IFRS/US GAAP conversion, prepare group reconciliation statement; (d) Conduct financial due diligence for merger and acquisition clients and upon special requests; (e) Tailor-design accounting and internal control policies and systems; Tax Services: (a) Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual value-added tax (VAT) filings; (b) Prepare quarterly corporate income tax (CIT) filings; (c) Prepare individual income tax (IIT) filings; (d) Performing tax planning for both corporate and individual clients; (e) Performing regular and special tax review and tax investigation requested by tax authorities; Payroll and Other Services: (a) Prepare labor contracts in accordance with local labor law and company policies; (b) Perform monthly payroll administration, including calculation of payroll, social fund, individual income tax, etc. (c) Perform lay-off plans and retirement plans, conducting negotiation with both employers and employees; (d) Perform corporate secretarial service, including company set up, company and executive management information change, company liquidation, etc.
