Daily Duties at Tech Mahindra Bps Ltd:
Accountable for downloading bank files and importing into link application to synchronize banking transaction records. Leveraged strong analytical skills and financial acumen in reconciling and matching balances manually. Managed the overall process of rolling of funds including import and export of funds to finance all continuing operations. Performed numerous diversified tasks, which included: making direct deposits and asking of banking deposit, calculating and adjusting funds cash book balance, and formulating cash flow forecasting report. Carried out all day-to-day tasks, such as managing the process of adjusting daily and afternoon cash book balance, passing journal entries, preparing EFT listings for daily transactions, and processing invoice on a daily basis. Contributed and supported in strategic decision making and risk control process by delivering high quality value-added management information and performance analysis to senior level management. Deliver high deadline driven report with timely manner and ensuring 100% accuracy and task prioritization with conflicting reports. Preparing case studies by analyzing existing and proposed methods and procedures such as administrative procedures to resolve process related issues. Preparing daily workloads for staff & coordinating the daily allocation of work. Mentoring and training up junior and new staff.
