Daily Duties at Presbyterian Healthcare Services:
Implemented a new compensation plan for physicians. This project impacted 30 medical specialty groups and approximately 600 physicians within the Presbyterian Medical Group, and incorporated all facets of the Health Care Reform legislation. Major responsibilities included: Reporting to the COO and the Executive Medical Director throughout the project Coordinating the roll out of this implementation with a life cycle process that started with a Medical Practice Plan development phase Developing a Compensation Data modeling phase with the Finance Department Developing a parallel Reporting Phase to ensure the plan measures, targets and definitions worked as expected Confirming performance of the reporting phase over several months
