Daily Duties at Sun Healthcare:
Managed a MIS initiative to deploy iPads to therapist end users as a wireless Point of Service device for entry of medical data and management of patient records. This $4-5 million dollar rollout was planned to eventually touch approximately 500 SunDance subsidiary affiliate and non-affiliate sites nationwide once completed; however, this project was canceled due to a Richard Williams Page 3 planned merger with Genesis HealthCare scheduled for October 2012. Major responsibilities included: Creating and maintaining a master project plan to track all activities by the Sun team as well as by contracted vendors Creating and maintaining a master Sharepoint page for the project team Managing all team meetings and tracked all deliverables Creating and maintaining a weekly project dashboard, milestone tracker and an issues and risk log
