Daily Duties at Pnm Resources:
Immediately was engaged on a $1.6 million, 10 month project to upgrade their customer service and billing application to the latest Oracle platform on Windows server 2012. This is the largest customer facing application that the company uses and therefore is high profile and mission critical from an enterprise financial standpoint. Additionally I was assigned 7 more projects ranging in duration from 3 to 8 months and ranging in budget from $20k to $350k. Most recently, I was assigned as the lead PM for two major company PMO Program initiatives-the first one for critical CyberSecurity upgrades and the second for necessary Customer Experience related application upgrades. In general, the company’s annually approved IT project portfolio is approximately $16 million which is divided amongst 7 full time project managers.
